In 1908 it was taken over by Koolhoven, and production moved to Bussum. The show ended in 1917 due to problems with funding during World War I.Later Koolhoven moved on to making aircraft engines for Rijksvoogdij Maatschappij (RVM).

The number of cars sold is unknown, and production figures are no longer available because Koolhoven demolished all old documentation.
